Welcome to A Night of meditation at the V&A, the tenth episode of The Positive Change Guru Podcast, the podcast for a positive community. There’s something just a bit special about delivering mediation in the V&A at night so we decided to share that with you.
We can’t tell you how much fun we had at the V&A. We were asked to deliver meditation in the Globe, a fantastic contemporary wooden structure set within the museum’s galleries. Meditation at the V&A was something that we were super excited about. How could we say no?
Meditation at the V&A
We worked with a group of fantastic delegates on the V&A’s learning programme throughout November and December. Each week we learned something new about the museum, about meditation and last but not least, about ourselves. Join us on this podcast to take a walk through the galleries and find out exactly what happened when we spent a night at the V&A to deliver an introduction to mindfulness.
