You’re in safe hands with our mindfulness at work training, we adhere to the UK Mindfulness Teachers Good Practice Guidelines and are registered on the UK Register for Mindfulness Teachers. This course is led by Gill Crossland Thackray who holds and MSc in Mindfulness Studies and has been practising mindfulness for over 20 years. She has trained with Google SIYLI, Bangor University and Aberdeen University. She has also written for the Guardian on mindfulness and worked with Spotify, The Natural History Museum, The V&A, LSE, the NHS, Goldsmith Uni and UK Sport to implement mindfulness in the workplace.
